Room was very clean. Check in was fast with efficient service. The fire alarm at 1:30 AM with total evacuation was not pleasant, but that was not the hotels' fault. Breakfast was good with a decent variety.

Horrible checking experience

When I first arrived to the hotel I had my confirmation number present for the desk clerk but he informed me there was no reservation under my name I kindly showed him showed him the confirmation that was given to me by Travelocity through email. He then informed me the room was not paid for. I told him the room was paid for on March 30th in full. He told me he had to call Travelocity to verify my reservation I felt embarrassed because I know it was paid for. He went to the back room to call Travelocity customer service he was very rude and unprofessional. He never apologized for the inconvenience. Is he never left the back room another front in Clerk pulled out a binder with a fax confirming my reservation and that it was paid in full she kindle put in a new reservation for me and gave me my room key. As I said before the first Clerk never apologize about being rude it was not helpful at all. As I enter the room I noticed our room was a handicap room which I did not need so yes the room was a little inconvenience for me and my children. I don't know who error it was but I was embarrassed and would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent value for the money!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
One of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in and certainly the best value. Room had full kitchen, high ceilings, excellent fixtures, and lots of room. Four people in our room and not at all crowded. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel in Ewing

I've had the pleasure of staying at the Ewing Element several times since it opened and I would highly recommend it. Being one of the lucky ones to check in on opening day I received a wonderful welcome that day. But when I returned three months later I was still greeted with open arms. The front desk couldn't do enough for me to make my stay a pleasant one. Every morning I had a wonderful breakfast (pretzel sandwiches are a hit) and in the evening i settled down with a cup of tea and a peaceful nights sleep. Stayed several days at a time and the well stocked kitchen really came in handy. Even played a little WII in the lobby to relieve my stress from a busy day at work.
