The pictures do not do this place justice

Very spacious, beautiful, perfect location, wonderful staff with surprising accommodations and nice welcome when you arrive. Our new favorite hotel!

We loved the property overall!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I loved this property and we stayed there for five nights. The area surrounding the property is well established with many nice places to eat and shop. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We would definitely stay there again. It was a beautiful place and is in a good location, near the main highway and shops, supermarket. As far as the customer service, I wasn't happy with it... they didn't go out of their way to make sure your experience was good. The only thing that I contribute to that is maybe because we weren't interested in listening to their presentation on trying to sell us a time share?? But I have to say that they only asked once and didn't pressure us again. Other than that the place, room and facilities were beautiful and clean and quiet for most of the time.

I felt out of place

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, fully stocked kitchen
Cons: no restaurant on premises
The Sheraton Desert Resort Villas should have a description of the typical patron who stays there. After a fairly short time following our arrival, I realized this was more of a snow-bird long-term stay complex rather than an actual hotel-like resort. I was probably at least 20 years younger than the average person staying there, and along with the lack of a restaurant but a kitchenette in our room informed me that we had probably not chosen wisely. I happened on to a great price at a good location in Scottsdale, and they do have a play area or 2 for very little kids, but I suspect these are more for visiting grand-kids than your own kids. It was not a bad place, and they have a nice pool with a water fall, but we felt out of place.

The room was clean and looked comfortable but was so small that we decided not to stay and transferred to another hotel.

The bed felt comfortable to sit on and the room was clean and bright but the "suite" was so small and full of furniture that we decided not to stay and transferred to another resort which was much larger and an overall wonderful resort.
