I had a late check in at first look i was satisfied with my room but then i decided to take a shower put the toilet seat down to sit mh towel on it and it was throw up all over the seat. So i call the front desk they sent house keeping. So i ask for another room. I get in that room my cream for my coffe was spoiled / my mouth wash had been used. It was just a mess.and i wa there with my family for a funeral and i was over my experience

Checked in, sent to a room, which was freezing with no heat possible. Changed rooms. Second room, the same. Changed rooms. Third time, no charm, I was exhausted and just stayed, and wore MY COAT until it was time for bed...called downstairs, and the guy (not the woman who sent me to three rooms) said..."Oh, they probably didn't turn the heat on yet. My room had to be 60 degrees, and I did shut off the AC, but still....

Apparently there was a mal function with their fire alarm system. It went off at 1:30am, then again around 7:30am. Rather annoying! I would Lso like to see better (more) lighting in the parking lot. I had to park rather far from the hotel due to an event and it was very creepy!

It was not clear during the booking phase that Westin charges a nonrefundable $100 pet fee at check-in. I have never booked a hotel that listed as “pet friendly“ charge this way. It was a big shock when I checked in. When I complained, they lowered the pet fee to $50 and upgraded my room, which I appreciated, but I don’t think their basic pet fee policy is good.

Please be advised that Marriott hotels (which is made up of more than 30 hotel brands) definitely has a lot of pet friendly hotels. Most of their pet policies (within each brand) vary from property to property. Some properties's pet fees are as high as $250, while others are only $50. Typically those fees are ranging from $75 to a $100. Our hotel charges $100 non-refundable sanitation (clean up) fee to keep a pet in your room. Most of the hotels also impose pet weight restrictions (usually from 30 lb to 125 lb). Once again, we bring our apologies for misunderstanding and hope that this instance won't deter you from staying with us in the future and will be looking forward to welcoming you back!
