We are located a block from Commercial Street and Cape Cod Bay and about a mile and a quarter to the center of Provincetown. Many of our guests enjoy the walk along picturesque Commercial Steet. Everything was great about the property, clean and neat! Except for the rugs!! They made your feet black!

Thank you for letting us know that our property was "clean and neat". We clean all of our rugs on a regular basis and this one has since been cleaned. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The room floor was dirty. After walking on the floor my socks were black from dirty carpet. Upon check out the cleaning staff stared at us while trying to move out of the room as if we were a burden to them. The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful.

Room size was great. Very comfortable bed. Nice pool. Clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Stayed with my wife and baby. We requested a pack-n-play for the baby which was provided. Great location, has nice heated outdoor pool with plenty of seating around it. Free breakfast and coffee a nice touch. Stayed in room with 2 queen beds, both very comfortable mattress/pillows. Room fairly spacious, has closet with electronic safe. Overall cleanliness was excellent with the exception that the carpet needed cleaning; when I gave this feedback to the manager he was very receptive and keen to address the issue. I would stay here again and recommend it as a basic but very comfortable, convenient and friendly place to stay in Provincetown.
