"We had an amazing time at Mark's house. The home is clean and well maintained with many amenities that made the weekend extra special (cool nights by the fire pit were especially awesome)! Mark gave detailed directions about the house and provided us with lots of information about the neighborhood. Plenty of space for all 12 of us to be together. Highly recommend this rental!"

"We chose this property for our "fun old fashioned family Christmas"! We enjoyed a lovely warm home with a beautiful well appointed kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas. Everything we could want was available to us! We made use of the game room, the fireplace and hot tub, walked the neighborhood and prepared our Holiday feast for my elderly parents who also found the home lovely and easy to get around. On top of all of the home's amenities, and the charming neighborhood/town, what makes this house extra special is the care and support provided by the host and caretaker. They made everything easy for us and were quick to accommodate our special requests. To end our stay we walked the beautiful close by beach, a must for all who visit! I highly recommend this home! "This property was just what my family and I were looking for. A quaint and quiet house with a small town feel. We stayed for NYE hoping to get away from the loud chaos we’re typically faced with at home and this location fit the bill. Pros: I’m not sure how this changes in the summer months but things were mostly quiet. There are restaurants, coffee, and food shopping all within a 5 minute drive. The home itself is pretty small, so for the 4 of us- husband, 17y/o, 9 y/o, and myself, it was perfect. The 2nd room with the bunkbed would be too small for adults (my 18y/o struggled). There’s a full functioning kitchen and TVs throughout. Check-in was as simple as can be. Joseph is extremely accommodating and responsive, allowing us to stay longer on our last day with no problems. Improvements: This home could’ve been cleaned better. The bathroom had some hair on the rug and sink, and the shower did not get nearly as warm as the faucets. When reaching out to Joseph about this, he expressed concern and thanked me for bringing it to his attention- advising that he will have someone look into this. There were some cobwebs throughout the corners and ceiling fans. We were also scrounging for paper towels or napkins, but will make a note to purchase or bring some in the future. Overall would I stay here again? Yes :)"
