The room was just what we needed since we were not going to be staying long. While a breakfast was included, it lacked fruit, eggs or meat. Very minimal.

My room wasn't ready for check in and when it was ready my room wasn't cleaned and smelled of urine this was a terrible experience I'm very disappointed

We were charged $20 extra for checking in 1.5 hours earlier. I've never had that happen before. The FREE BREAKFAST was packets of oatmeal and mini muffins from nearby convenience store. The room we stayed in was 'smoke free' and reeked of smoke. The bathroom floor was so disgusting that I had to put a towel down. There were: tiny flies, strong cleaner odor, crabby front desk personnel, pot stench, 2" thick pillows and a rock hard bed. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in my 57 years of life. Just disgusting!!!

Dear Guest, Free breakfast is provided for guests from 6-9 AM. Breakfast is a continental breakfast which is common at many places to have cold items such as bagels, bread, muffins, donuts, oatmeal packets, milk, and cereal. We are saddened the hear you were not pleased by the FREE breakfast our hotel provides. Wish we could have offered more FREE items. Thank you

The hotel had huge shipping containers in front. The hotel lobby smelled like pot smoke. The hotel room was small and lacked basic amenities like cups and enough towels and soap. The cable tv had no guide and initially had to be repaired to enable it to work. The breakfast service included barely enough coffee and a cup of sugar/gallon of milk for “creamer.” Breakfast itself had a few cereal choices, small bagels and donuts. It definitely would’ve been worth it to pay a few more dollars to stay in a better hotel.

This was the worst one night stay in my life, because: - I made a reservation with a breakfast, but it turned out the hotel does not offer breakfast. - The parking was full, so the front desk made me park on accessible stall. - The main street is under construction. - The lobby looked missy or under construction - Some guests were drunk "holding bottles of alcohols on the corridors, in front of the main entrance, at the parking. - When myself, my wife and kids took the keys to get to the room, I could smell weeds everywhere, at elevator, elevator lobby and guest room hallways. - The corridors were crowded with intoxicated people chatting at mid night. I had to go to the reception to complain about it. -The room was not clean. - I tried to call Travelocity to complain about this but customer service number kept me in the waiting line for half an hour then it was automatically disconnected.
