I never checked into the hotel because the concert I was going to was postponed like every thing else in the world so I never left Cedar Rapids and I cannot get a hold of anybody regarding a refund for the room I never checked into since you’re no longer taking phone calls and I couldn’t get anything done online either I expect a full refund you cannot be making money off people who have no choice to not travel

I am sure Travelocity is experiencing heavy call volume, which may be the reason you have not gotten through.
