Very, very impressed. Online check-in was great (think airline). Once you arrive, the key dispenser process could NOT have been easier or more convenient. We were impressed with the room's decor, cleanliness, space, etc. The stay here was a 'value' and is now our go-to when visiting Reno in the future. Well managed.

What a gorgeous hotel and casino. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. I enjoyedy stay here with my husband and we loved it. We bowled at their amazing bowling alley. We are at their restaurants and buffet. There's a Starbucks there, we had so much fun gambling. Everything was perfect. I'd totally return here again. They even had an ice skating rink and hot tubs. Everything was so clean and spotless. The room was large and so very comfortable and quiet. Lots of security so we felt very safe. Best place to stay in Reno.

Over all our stay was good. Room spacious and pretty clean. Noise wasn't bad considering it is a casino. Beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint was the shower. Very difficult to turn on, probably because it leaks, I could not get it to turn off all the way, dripped all night. There was some mold at the base along the grout. And the worst was the water would not stay warm! No matter what I did the water would quickly turn back to cold.
