The picture of the room on your app is vastly different than the room I got. Dated and depressing decor. Got a view of the dumpsters, thank you so much. Very misleading. But everything was clean though.

My husband and I had no idea how much the resort fee was prior to coming. It was an unexpected expense that caused us to use some of our shopping money to pay. The woman who checked us in after we were stuck on the plane for an hour once we arrived was not very pleasant as we were already exhausted and arrived later than we were supposed to. The lady that checked us in also told us we had free WiFi but never specified that it was only for one day. Again another unexpected mishap. There was also an incident with someone just walking into our room before we could answer the door. That made me nervous for when we go out sight seeing. After all this, we were very pleased with how clean and extremely beautiful the resort is. The people were extremely friendly/pleasant and it contributed to us becoming owners.

Check in was slow which we couldn’t understand since we came in (delay in flight) and they didn’t have many people ahead of us. Since, we came in late I knew it would be slim pickings on the rooms which it was—the ended up giving us an older room. There customer service was great. They offered to change our room the next day and gave us one of the newer rooms. Once, we moved to our newer room the iron didn’t work and we didn’t have any Kleenex or toilet paper; however, they were quick on bringing a new iron and toiletries. Overall, our stay was good.
