I called in advance to see if the pool/gym would be open and got told YES...... we got there and they were all closed for the season. Air conditioner in room did not work, had to call the maintenance man to fix it. Vending machine (soda) on our floor did not work....... either did the ice machine. Elevators on the north tower were closed down for repairs, so we had to take the central tower elevators and walk halfway across the building to our room (we were on the 26th floor).

My check in process was so long due to short staff. Also walked in to a roach welcoming me. They have me a discount. Overall though the visit was fun and the staff were friendly and very helpful
