APPEARANCE WAS NICE UPON ARRIVING . CHECK IN WAS GREAT. GOT OUR ROOM , WENT OUT TO DINNER GOT SETTLED IN THE ROOM . FOUND THAT TV DIDN'T WORK CALLED DESK WAS TOLD NO MAINTENANCE ON DUTY AND WAS AFFORD ANOTHER ROOM. SINCE WE WERE READY FOR BED FOR THE NIGHT WE ACCEPTED ANOTHER ROOM FOR THE NEXT DAY. BOTH ROOMS WERE DIRTY.

Room had no refrigerator. Sheets had stains on them. Shower had mold in it. Ran out of toilet paper had to call desk. Had to get coffee every day cause no one checked on the room to restock. I will never stay at a la Quinta again!

Bathroom had mold around the tub, the bedding was old and worn, the heater emitted a smell like electrical burning. The breakfast was alll prepackaged like oatmeal was instant. Nothing would ever make me reserve a room here again ever. The carpets was very old and worn. When I told the clerk at the front desk she was not even concerned about the reporting of the heater smell!!

One night stay after a day of driving. Just needed a comfy bed. For a busy town, it was quiet and pleasant.

Outside stairs blocked off because the concrete was falling apart. Walkways were rough because the skim coat of concrete was coming loose. Noise from the trucks at the mail depot acrross the street was all night long

It was horrible the location was in a bad spot it was dirty they gave me stained sheets. Employees were rude. Customer service sucked. Never want to stay there EVER.

Nice hotel by the highway and very easy to find! Overall hotel experience was excellent and am very appreciative that the staffs were able to accommodate our 2 rooms right next to each other! One recommendation that I have though is during check in/check out, I feel that the staff(s) should be more aware of what's happening as one of my rooms were to be checked out after 1 night and other room was staying for total of 2 nights, but the longer stay night was apparently checked out during the same time when we had checked out from one room. It was very unpleasant for us to find out if we have not stopped by the front desk prior to returning back to our room and also without the staff at the front desk giving us another set of keys as he had mentioned it's possible the original set may not work anymore. Additionally, it was also unfortunate to have found that housekeeping was not done at all when we had returned back to our room, so the bed was still undone and our dirty used towels were still on the floor. Otherwise, nice hotel and will consider to stay again next time we return back to Reno.

everything was dirty, there was no fridge or microwave, i wasn’t told ab staff coming to my room to come clean or take care of the AC so they just walked in.
