The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Very accommodating. Everything was very clean. Rooms were very quiet and we slept great! We will be back.

I recommend that you, Kayak, and Residence Inn do a better job with disclosure of Pet Fees. In this case, the fee was quite buried on the Residence Inn website, nowhere on Kayak or Travelocity. We booked while in the car on the way to the hotel, so I honestly didn't see the fee before booking a nonrefundable room. IMHO, once I click on "pet friendly in my search, the pet fees should jump out at me, and be added to the total price, OR at least I should be warned of potential additional Pet Fees by Travelocity and Kayak. It really is a nice property. However, based on the description, I thought it was closer to the water. When we arrived, we were told the room we booked (a one bedroom suite) wasn't available because someone did a late checkout and they couldn't get it ready for us in time. And they wouldn't refund the difference in room price, because we booked through a third party. Then, when they saw our dog, they told us we needed to pay a $150 pet fee. That brought the total price of the room to over $400 for one night. Way too much!!! We were tired as we drove all day, so what could we do... sorry, but not happy...
