Room should have never been rented. They knew the toilet was leaking and the bathroom smelled like urine. Other than that everything else was fine.

Internet was down and they were unable to check me in. I had to stay at another hotel. I waited appx an hour and they still could not check me in. Hope they don't think I will pay them for the night.

This place charged my card on a prepared trip not 1 time but 3 separate times for the room. I had to use my overdraft protection but I’m sure I’ll have to eat that. The entire trip should be refunded including what I paid to Travelocity.
