My sincere condolences, we are so sorry to hear you experienced such disappointment at the time of check in. I would definitely hope Expedia being the 3rd party would be the party you would want to communicate with about your reservation. As we are on the 3rd level of that selection process. I sure hope they will be able to accommodate your frustration and help with any type of reconciliation. As always safe travels.
