My overall stay has been horrible. The level of customer service I received has be abysmal!!! Fire alarms blaring all day without prior notice. Room downgraded even after reserving online. Computer was down during check in 30 min wait. I could continue but why. Marriott here we come .

Great stay
Wonderful stay as usual. Always can rely on Hampton Inns to give me good service. When I travel, I usually stay at Hampton. Sometimes the prices are a little steep and I have to go elsewhere.other than that, kudos to Hampton!

Quick trip to Virginia
Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Had a little glitch checking in due to a new computer program but front desk person resolved the issue in about 20 minutes and got us into our room. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.
