Excellent location. Only complaint is that at check, in the desk was unstaffed with the message that they were assisting other guests. No bell to call. After 12 minutes of waiting my wife wandered around the desk to see what was going on. And was greeted by someone in the back room. MESSAGE TO THIS HOTEL, WHICH WAS OTHERWISE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE: IF YOU DO NOT GREET INCOMING GUESTS, YOU ARE NOT IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. HAVE A BELL OR BUZZER AT THE DESK THAT ALERTS THAT PERSON IN THE BACKROOM THAT THEY NEED TO ATTEND TO THE DESK.
