Worst staff- couldn’t even take a picture with my personal fanera- staff embarrassed me and didn’t pull me aside in regards to taking a picture in a vacant area of the hotel. Staff had attitudes and didn’t try to rectify the issue. I asked for leadership or management contact info so that I could follow up myself but instead an email was sent to “pitch” my inquired to sales and marketing when my issues weren’t relevant to that category of hotel operations.

Its in a great spot with great views of Manhattan. Restaurant was excellent, the room has some unique touches, eco friendly and the vibe of the place fit us. I would definitely recommend staying there. You can walk everywhere in the Brooklyn downtown and Heights district - and of course walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.
