Fire alarm was going off every hour. I did not sleep and they did not offer any accommodations. Desk in room was broken did not fix it. Called for ice and cups took three hours.

Loved the location, the views of Manhattan from the room, the style of the hotel, comfort of the room. Really wanted to love it but THE ELEVATORS. Horrible, completely unreliable & unacceptable for a hotel of this quality. The line of people trying to get to the rooftop bar definitely affected our experience as guests of the hotel. The Williamsburg needs to figure this out or risk losing paying customers. Also, housekeeping was not great; they didn’t replace our used wine glasses, or our used wash cloths or bath mat. After picking them up, they were never replaced during our 4-night stay. Nor did they replenish our shower gel even though it was empty. Minor hiccups but not up to par in a hotel of this quality. And one last thing - our balcony had only one chair & no table. This lack of attention to detail combined with the faulty elevators keep us from rating our experience more highly.

Beautiful trendy hotel excellent location, displeased about the pool accommodations. Hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool but even if you’re staying at the hotel you have to spend $50 on food or drinks for a poolside chair. It’s perfect for a day drinking experience not for relaxation

Good afternoon, Anonymous and thank you for your feedback. Our roof top pool area is a huge plus to the hotel. In such a popular location, where everyone wants to see what Williamsburg has to offer, it can become overcrowded. I truly understand the value of being guest and the experience you and others would like to receive. I will address your concerns to our managers. I truly hope this does not deter you from staying with us in the future as it was a pleasure hosting you here.

Umbrellas and shopping totes in rooms were so handy. Good soundproofing on windows.
