Were very surprised and happy when we walked into our room. It was a very comfortable room and setup. Aside from a loud bathroom fan that we addressed with staff at checkout, the room was great

So nice like being in a condo, great breakfast and amenities, just a couple thing’s on the cleaning that I noticed, was a little surprised that they didn’t notice them.

in a world of no smoking hotels this one allowed it..a shame made the whole place stink

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: smoking allowed in hotel
The hotel was fine, but due to smoking being allowed it gave off a bad odor in hallways, entry. And even when I drank the coffee at the breakfast bar it tasted like an ash tray. I will be sure to confirm a no smoking hotel next time.

Enjoyable Stay - Will Stay Again Next Month

My wife and I stayed one night on a recent weekend. We were in the area to visit our son at college 30 miles away. Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because it provided easy access (right off Interstate) back and forth to the college. We had also seen positive reviews and I was already pre-booked here for a future business trip. Also, the room price was much cheaper than in the college town. After we picked up our son, he joined us at the hotel for the afternoon and we all enjoyed relaxing at the pool and whirlpool. Except for one other family, we had the pool area to ourselves. The same was true the next morning as we took a swim before departure. The suites were quiet, up to date and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate although I have seen better. We utilized the computers in the foyer and were completely satisfied. Because of the winter snow on the ground, this hotel was not distinguishable from another chain hotel next door. But inside, the place was fine. Staff at the desk were also very helpful and accomodating. I am staying here on business next month and look forward to it as the hotel is also close to a mall and numerous chain restaurants. I also plan to stay here again when we visit my son next Fall. Finally, I was able to get this room with a good discount (20%). It is hard to find a suite in a major urban area for under $*/night, so I consider this an exceleent choice.
