Great place to stay
This is a nice house to rent. Great location and great views. Very simple and efficient floor plan. My only recommendation is there is no cable and internet has poor connection so we weren’t able to watch any TV or stream devices. I would definitely stay here again if the property had cable. Was a great time though!

the place is perfect for the family only after 4 days we left the owner called me and made up lies and wanted to make additional charges and he is a racist person he threatened me and used very bad words

Beautiful View- perfect for what we needed
Home is located with a beautiful view from a covered large deck. It is up on the side of the mountain. The owners gave us so much feedback and were very helpful. The home was cozy. It is super close to the winter park and turn off to get to ski Apache. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and felt safe.

This house (reeks) of cigarette smoke! The listing says nonsmoking. There are no instructions on how to leave the property, Wi-Fi password etc. No contact information. So we were unable to call anyone when the cable tv did not work! There were chip crumbs left on the desk, among other things. It was not clean! We did take our trash out and found trash had been left in the bottom under the bag. I WOULD NOT recommend this rental to ANYONE! Mostly because of the cigarette smell.

This is the second time we rent this beautiful home. Very well located with amazing views and surrounded by trees. So peaceful!

House smelled of mildew, paint that is chipping from the deck is constantly being tracked into the house, outside maintenance is terrible, had to pick up beer bottles and cans below the back deck, dishwasher leaves oxidation on all metal utinsels and pans---they have to be hand washed, linnens and towels are very old, pots, pans and silverware are worthless. with a little work, this could be a nice place,however, don't stay here.
