At first I learned that there s no elevator at the building so I told the lady I could not carry my luggage on stairs so lucky she found one king bed available on first floor instead of 2 queen beds on 3rd floor! I was glad but wished they would give me some credit since the cost s slight cheaper than I paid the first one. I even asked for it but they couldn’t due to 3rd party involved! So I accepted as the room with king bed s nice.

Toilet was filthy. Television hard to figure out. Air conditioning too noisy. Continental breakfast consisted of 3 apples in sad shape,a few mini bagels and english muffins, orange juice and whole milk for frosted flakes or raisin bran. I hope there were not a lot of people staying there.

Upon check in there was a sign that says pool and spa closed until further notice, also a sign that said be back in 5 minutes. Well 20min later the son of the owner finally shows up and checks me in. I went to my room and the keys he gave me didnt work, so returned to the front desk and the be back in 5 minutes sign was up again. After waiting a half hour i called the number to the hotel and there was no answer, so i left. I called and spoke to the manager the next day (his mom). She says theres no way that could have happened and that she isnt giving any refund.

Hi Billie, you're welcome to come back and I'll glad you show you the footage of waiting only a few mins and the sign only, and the fact you never came back to the office a second time. Your stay was on Friday which was the 10th and you're claiming this on Monday, which is not the next day. If this was a real issue you'd be bringing this up same day. Your room was used so I'm not sure how you just claim you left.
