Walking up to the front desk lady was really nice. Checked us in really quick and gave us directions to the room, also told us where to get the morning breakfast. Staff was awsome!! Room was really clean they must have good housekeeping 😀 everything was really tidy bathroom was also very clean. Room had fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot. The only thing that was very concerning, it was 1@m and people outside our room where fighting and shouting at each other. We woke up and they were fighting over drugs. Hotel is great but if they are letting people like this stay there and do their deals . Its not a safe place for kids or anyone. We couldn’t sleep after that.

I loved that it was so clean. I'm also impressed with the Shuttle service. Had I known about it before checking in, I would have called to get a ride from the airport, but I ended up getting an Uber ride.

When checking in girl who helped us was awesome very nice and helpful the rooms very very clean and enjoyable but then when checking out front desk lady a little older was very rude and lacked any type of customer service my wife bad been very sick and was throwing up unfortunately we had to use their towels to clean up the mess from it i expected to pay for it out of my deposit and was totally fine with paying to replace the towels the front desk lady was extremely rude about the situation and told mei was not getting all of my deposit back because the towels had been destroyed and continued to give me the worst looks like we were such bad people I am very disappointed that our stay began ao grest but ended so terrible may or may not choose to stsy there again.
