Dear guest, thank you for sharing your comments about your stay at our hotel. We are truly sorry and distressed to learn that you found bugs in the bed and that nothing has been done about it. Please accept our most sincere apologies for this. We assure you that we are as baffled as you by this because our quality standards are and have always been very high and strict and are alwyas very carefully followed and observed. Our facilities are always fumigated every couple of months by a very reputable outside fumigating company which guarantees the effectiveness off the job they do. We would like to know as soon as possible when was it that you reported this issue to our front desk staff so that we can find out the reason why they have not checked the room for bugs and see to it immediately; we also need to know your room number so it can be thoroughly checked.
