There was NO hot water!!! This property was very run down. It previously was a Best Western and then Holiday Inn. It now shares the building and facilities (to some extent) with the Holiday Inn on site. It may cost a little more but you are best reserving a room at the Holiday Inn. The older building with rooms that face the pool and Holiday Inn rooms are now a different hotel (Irazu Hotel and Studios).

La unidad de aire acondicionado está ubicado en un punto donde no enfría la habitación, por lo que nunca fue confortable el clima. El desayuno a pesar de ser buffet era muy poca la variedad ofrecida de que el precio era elevado.
