Would be nice if front desk would bring water to the room upon request instead of having guests go through the rain to get it. Also maid service should be offered daily. Also waiting for a table for 30 minutes when you’re a guest at the hotel and there are several empty tables is absurd.

I have also passed on your concerns to our restaurant team. We make every effort to let our guests know in advance we are unfortunately not providing daily housekeeping at this time.
