This charming rental has been completely updated with comfortable new furnishings and bright, beachy decor. Here on the sixth floor, you'll be treated to stunning, 270-degree views of the coastline and Tillamook Head. The Sand & Sea complex even includes an elevator that will take you up to your room and an unbeatable position mere steps from the sandy ocean beach and the famous Seaside Promenade.

Sand & Sea is located right on the beach and adjacent to the Promenade, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls at sunset. The residence is just two blocks south of Broadway, which is Seaside's prime destination for fun dining, shopping, and entertainment. Guests of all ages are sure to enjoy a visit to the Seaside Aquarium, only five blocks north.

Leaving so relaxed and rested
We had an incredible time at this property. The listing is accurate and the place is full of light and super comfy. Being on the 6th floor the view is nice with a partial view of the beach. Our last night we experienced a storm and with the large windows it was quite a show with lightning to boot. The only slightly off thing was the bed. It was a lovely king sized bed but there is a thick foam topper on it that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a giant marshmallow. I still slept good, just kind of strange. Very soft and squishy. Oh and the fan in the bathroom needs fixing. We definitely recommend this site! Thanks for everything.

Awful experience
Had this reservation for months but wasn't sent an email until 2 weeks before to tell us the roofers would be there. At that point I thought it would be too late to book anything else. The noise was awful and when we complained to the front desk we were not told our options or that we had any. Finally we called the the vacasa managers of the property and were given a runaround. We were compensated a little but not enough to make up for the lousy experience and stress. I can't believe how we were treated. Side note: The mattress was very old and my husband slept on the couch.

Great location , but bad timing for us
Location was excellent, the view was beautiful. Construction was being done on the roof right above our unit. This construction entailed, loud hammering, and banging for hours on end beginning at 8 AM. This construction went on for four days in a row while we were there. The only peaceful time was at night.

The property was clean, in a good location, and a nice view. An early check in or late check out was offered for an “extra cost” which was very annoying considering there was a 4:00 p.m. check in and 10 a.m. check out. It should be offered at no cost if available since the dates are paid for already.
