the quality in was not quality, they didn’t clean the beds. we got to our room, and there was hair in the bed, brown spots, and white stains on the comforter. we asked the person who checked us in if we could get refunded and we’d go somewhere better, and he told us it was against policy, even though we checked in not even 10 min prior.
