Enjoy the backyard and use of grill.  Please note that smoking or vaping is NOT permitted within the apartment. You may smoke or vape in the backyard patio or deck. Please discard cigarette butts in the trash located in the rear. Safe free street parking in the front of the property. Property is secured by ring cameras outside of the house and floodlights. Very quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping centers only minutes away. Philadelphia only 20-25 minutes away. Atlantic City 40 minutes away. Near area hospitals. Friendly and PRIVATE neighbors. The place itself was very clean and exactly like what is presented on the listing. Both of the hosts were very easy to contact in the booking process as well as once I got there and checked out as well. Very much recommend the place listed due to cleanliness and how nice the hosts present themselves and the place!!

Priscilla and Daryl were wonderful hosts. They immediately greeted us when we arrived and were pleasant and helpful. The property was immaculate and everything was as advertised. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely will stay there on our next trip from Florida to N.J.

Exactly as described, this quaint little studio apt was clean and tidy. In the perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood, it was exactly what my husband and I needed. Quiet, comfortable and convenient
Daryl and Priscilla were extremely nice and cheerful. Enjoyable communication. Room was very cleaned and comfortable. Many USB ports have been added which I have found has not been done in many “updated hotels”. Very quiet area, slept very well in a comfortable bed. I would stay again if needed in that area. Thanks Daryl and Priscilla.
