A/C did not have an accurate thermostat. Woke up, and found a COCKROACH i the sink! Told lady up frnt, she said "Oh sorry". Then no eye contact, went back to work. Hallways smelled, of uncleanness.

I never stayed. Got a hotel room elsewhere. Stained carpet. Platform bed with soft mattress. Heat unit on wall had space around it and you could see outside through crack. Old wooden door at room entry. Sloppy looking front desk area.

Cobwebs in room. Smelled of smoke. Upholstery chair filthy and had quarter-sized holes. Same with blanket. Internet never worked. Rate it 1 of 10, and that is being kind.

Worst mattress I've ever slept on. Property has no visible maintenance happening. Room was clean but needs esthetic maintenance.

Good value

Pros: Great price, comfortable, felt secure
Cons: I don't know how to keep people from turning on the TV in the early AM. At that early hour, any noise is very noticeable.
Location: It was near the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge, the Salinas National Monument and other outdoor areas for hiking and nature.
Hotel staff were very accommodating. They agreed to my request to put my blue ice in a freezer overnight, two nights in a row. It was very helpful to have a cart to move my baggage from my car into the hotel. There were several options for breakfast. Everything was very clean. The problem was that both nights the adjacent neighbor was playing the TV at 2:30 am and 3:00 am. Luckily I had ear plugs, but it was still bothersome.

Good hotel at a fair price.

Pros: Room was quiet & clean & reasonable priced
Cons: It would be nice to use a different heating system than hear the air conditioner running all night
Location: We were there for a ham radio swap meet
The hotel was quiet & clean. Very nice breakfast. The price was very reasonable.
