Outdated property, staff that charged me twice for the stay (which I am still trying to resolve), and NO extras provided as part of fee (no coffee, no breakfast, nothing). Will never stay at this hotel again, and will seriously question staying at any Courtyards by Marriott’s again.

The hotel is Very outdated and Dingy. When we arrived we stood at the counter for about 15 minutes until the girl across the lobby said do you need help. Very loud and we had a few knocks on our door that weren't meant for us. I don't know what goes on in this hotel but if it wasn't so late and after a 5 hour drive we would have went elsewhere.

The hotel needs a makeover. The room smelled of smoke, the towel rail kept falling off the wall and the toilet tank was leaking. Room was ok, but the hotel is showing its age and is frayed at the edges

This place is aged and unkept. They do not clean well at all. There was someone’s hair all over our bathroom, mirrors were dirty. The front desk never answers the phone at any point.
