The Travelocity reservation was fine, the desk clerk didn't know how to deal with it. Getting to the room, it was 62 degrees, two of the lights wouldn't light. When I went to breakfast at 7:30 there was none out on the table. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was even more disappointed. I have traveled extensively, often on a tight budget, but this was humble.

Temp 99 degrees we checked in n that night found out AC on a timer all night no sleep it would get terribly hot n then AC would switch on for a little while n then switch off again We stayed for two nights went on a day trip Came back n found out maid only empty trash beds not made no fresh shampoo or soaps in room. Continental breakfast AWFUL old muffins n 1/2 bottle of juice n coffee we spit out. Tables by pool were filthy I went out with antiseptic towels n wiped the tables down. I will never stay there again.

Cons: Rooms need updating, everything looks like it's from the 70s.
For the price, I was expecting a nicer facility. This is a basic motel (not an Inn and not a hotel). The room was not worth te price at all.

I couldn't want anything more for the money.

The place was great -- inexpensive, very clean, a comfortable bed. There is a refrigerator and microwave oven in the room. And the staff was pleasant. This was our second stay.

Good pick for a six flags trip

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet, nice pool
This hotel was very affordable, the staff was very friendly and it was not too far from six flags. The rooms/buildings weren't overly impressive but were clean enough and comfortable. There is a decent pool/outdoor area.

Disgraceful

We arrived as a late check-in from a concert at Tanglewood. There was no one staying in the whole hotel and we now know why! It was old and tired, Both beds had hairs in the sheets and the room had an unpleasant odor. The chair was stained and the overall room was depressingly dingy. It was recently painted with a mustard yellow which didn't really help. We waited for our third party to arrive an hour after we did and then went tot the front sesk which was closed after 11, but had a number to call. So I called the front desk and the woman who checked us in answered. When I told her the room was unsatisfactory and we wanted a refund so we could go elsewhere, she said we paid the travel agency so we had to call them for a refund. We left to go to another hotel down the street and I called the travel agency from there. By now it was almost 1pm. I had a long go-around on the phone with both the travel agency and the Knight's Inn woman on a 3-way call. She clamed that the room was finbe and said, "What do you want for $* dollars!" The guy from the travel agency was little help. He gave me a $* off code for my FUTURE transaction with the travel agency ... like THAT's going to happen. If you are looking for a nice simple overnight in the Hadley area, DON'T go to Knight's Inn.

Your Basic Room

We stayed overnight to visit our son in college. The room was clean the staff was friendly. It was a basic motel. Clean room, TV and Mini Fridge Free parking and a continental breakfast . Good value for the money. If your looking for a place for the night this is it.
