Nice resort, plenty of staff there to help. Beach access was nice, the pool and the hot tub were amazing. My only issue was, we stayed there for 1 night and they held $750 deposit and did not tell me they were doing it. This caused me to have to spend time not once but twice down at the front desk trying to get an explanation as to why. The first hold was for $500.. i checked my account and saw the hold and went down to ask why they held so much... explanation given was acceptable... then 2hrs later they charge another $250 for another deposit... another trip down to the front desk.. this time I'm told the$250 is the deposit and the$500 is so i can charge my room for any in resort purchases.... to many different answers and the one left holding the bag was me. I've had this happen at hotels before and it usually ends up charging my card and then i have to deal with a headache 1000 miles away.. I'm hoping that's not the case, but i have no way of knowing if anything the front desk said was factual.

One sugestion.. at breakfast in first day, told us we need to pay 10 dol per person if we want warm food like eggs omelette or somethings like that, but it was incorrect. The second day supervisor told us that you can eat all do you want.

The property is beautiful and newly built. I loved the location and the aesthetic of it. In addition, the staff was very nice and are attentive to our needs. I enjoyed every moment of my stay here and will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved this resort. Had a balcony view of the beach and gulf. Only thing we didnt care for was the fridge in room wasnt very cold and no microwave in room. The restaurant in the hotel way to expensive for what you received. Menu has no prices we ordered 2 steaks 2 orders of potatoes [which neither of us liked] 2 ice teas and we split a side salad our bill was $400 and gratuity not included.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday, no other properties compared. With a private beach, impeccable service, and a beautiful room, we got to experience luxury in its fullest. I cannot recommend this enough, and we cannot wait to be back!!

Great Hotel, Beautiful area and all food options from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was 10/10!! The pool is small and quaint, Beach area is nice and private. Lots of seaweed in Beach water and Wifi is very slow. Overall stay: 9/10
