Not what we expected. When we booked the site said it was pet friendly. When we checked in we were told it is not a pet friendly motel and had to pay an extra $20. We were also told the air conditioning was broken. We were told we could open the window however the window had no screen. We opened the window as the room was very warm and were forced to listen to the traffic on the highway. I did not feel safe staying in this motel.

We had to literally kick in the room door to get inside, didnot appear very clean in room. Ended up canceling reservation with front desk.

Did not stay here. Very run down, I asked for 2 queen beds, they were double beds only. Bathroom needed alot of repair. The price is awful for what the room was. The place is a dump!

This was a good stay for us. It is not a Ritz but overall clean and re modeled. I would stay there again. Has indoor pool but I do not swim. Breakfast was good and well attended. Good location to town and interstate. Good rate through Travelocity..

Great Location-Inspect the room

PLUSES. Great Parking including for Tour buses, Semis, Trailers. Great Breakfast. MINSUS. Staff doesnt seem to know how to handle problems. Found men

Sturgis Best Western

Easy access on/off the interstate. Friendly desk staff. Too soft mattresses and the fitted sheets were too small. Pool was OK but poorly lit.

Sturgis Best Western

This hotel provides good value with very easy on/off access to the interstate. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was OK. There is a gas station right next door for easy fillups. The only gripe I have is that the fitted sheets on the bed did not fit. They constantly came loose and you end up partially sleeping on the plastic matress cover. The mattresses were too soft for someone with a bad back. The modest indoor pool was OK but the pool area is poorly lit.
