Not sure how we ended up in a wheelchair accessible room, but with checking in at night, wasn’t about to change rooms, and then became too busy the other days to do something about it (my bad). Being an ‘accessible’ room, there was a fair amount of open space, tho sparsely decorated. No light over the bathroom sink, which was in a cramped space, so was basically too dark to use the mirror. The shower, also expansive, was not very clean with a pretty gross vinyl bath mat and nowhere in it to leave shower items (soap, shampoo). The bed cover was made of some horrible polyester (no blanket) and the pillows also were covered with plastic under the case (I asked for different ones but they were never delivered). The bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress since it wasn’t well made. Next time I’ll know better to change rooms immediately.

Recently booked 2 rooms and at check in they put holds on my credit card for incidentals, its now been a week since I checked out and 2 holds have not been dropped and now posted to my credit card. Both of these charges are 181.78 each. I have called multiple times with a promise of a call back from the GM. No one has called back and now I have to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Very frustrating. Will never go back.

The room was clean and nicely made up. The front desk clerk was friendly. However, at 11:30 pm, there was a lot of noise in the hall from the wedding party that woke me up. Children were running up and down the hall, people were yelling out to each other, the elevator was going up and down, and it was just very loud. I tried calling the operator, but no one answered after a couple of tries. Then I called from my mobile phone and finally got an answer. The man who answered said he would come up and asked them to be quiet. The noise continued for another 20 minutes, in all 45 minutes! Since there was no restaurant service, I bought the boxed breakfast, which seemed like a good idea. However, the bagel was a gluten-free one and tasted awful. I was disappointed in my stay there and won't return

Beautiful, clean, great front desk girl. Manager Matt Martin was nowhere to be found and she was extremely busy all by herself. My door to room 430 was jimmied previously there were pieces of the door hacked at. Not a good feeling staying with children.

We liked all the attention to details, like towels placed in the end of the shower for easy access. cookies and water was offered in the lobby at check in time.

Excellent full service hotel with bar & fire pit.

Great hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Great hotel outside of Trenton, New Jersey. Will be back.

HORRIBLE!! GENERAL MANAGER OF HOTEL WAS RUDE

Brand new hotel, booked a smoking room ( which there were many style rooms to choose from) got to hotel and it is a ""smoke free environment"" NO SIGNS on line or in rooms ... staff very unprofessional, microwave didn't work, more than half the channels didn't work and asked for self check out, they stated they couldn't because it wouldn't fit under door ( I thought it could of with no problem). General Manager .. HORRIBLE!
