When I walked in I was greeted by staff who had helped accommodate me during my last trip with smiles and great attitudes. There was a slight issue last stay and they helped me out easily. I thanked them and they in turn thanked me for keeping my promise to stay again. Everything was amazing and very helpful, the staff from top to bottom really made my birthday a great one and I will be staying at this property again soon.

The staff was friendly and the lobby has been updated. The rest of the build could use use a facelift, but the price was good. It's s a good hotel if you are in town for a concert or a game. Probably not the right place for a romantic getaway.

The positives...view from our room on the 21st floor was beautiful and the room itself was well laid out and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. When we checked in the desk staff were courteaous and professional ... The negative...the parking was down a weird side alley, had homeless people living across from it, and was hard to find. The evening desk staff was very rude when i asked to leave a key for my daughter who was checking in late. The indoor pool is very ugly with no decor and a super noisy fan making a tonne of noise in a concrete chamber. Very unappealing although the actaul water temp was nice and its deep enough for a decent swim. Location is on a noisy steet with lots of police cars and fire trucks and ambulences all day and night blaring 🚨 🚨 🚨.
