Awful
Couldn’t contact anyone to help us! Only help came later though via text and still didn’t matter. Had to check to get a hotel waiting on hold for hours. No response till 8pm through text. I recorded us calling and trying tj get it. Nothing we will be asking for full refund. And compensation
