"We booked the Indian Head Resort because of the advertised amenities. We arrived to the resort only to be told that the outdoor pool was not open and it should be by the next day. The outdoor pool was not available to use at all during our stay. The Indoor pool was available however it was overcrowded due to the lack of the outdoor pool. Also, both hot tubs required reservations and were only able to use for 20 minutes- I am not sure if this is the norm or because of COVID. We arrived to our outdoor hot tub reservation in the afternoon & needed to ask the people in the tub to kindly leave as it was now our reserved time, so this cut into our specified 20 minutes. This happened again at our night reservation. When I booked the hot tub time for Thursday & Friday I was told we had it for 20 minutes. On Friday we needed to change our afternoon reservation, when I called the hotel the front desk said we only had 15 minutes because it was the weekend. I received different information each time I called to make a reservation. The hot tub was also not hot, it was luke warm at best. We were also told that we were staying in a newly renovated room- I am not sure what was newly renovated as the bathroom ceiling tiles had water stains, very little water pressure which made it nearly impossible to shower appropriately. All in all, very disappointing stay and will not be back. Staff was friendly. "
