This was our 1st time at Starlust & it was a great experience. The rooms, although not the most modern, were clean, well kept & had everything we needed (fridge, microeave, extra blanket & nice firm pillows). The staff were very pleasant & helpful. The location is great (a few steps away from the convention center/boardwalk). I'd def recommend this hotel.

Stayed in a cottage room which was very tiny which I was okay with but not okay with the rusting faucets and dirty bathroom floor.

I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with your room. Our Petite Cottage rooms are very small. They are in a house behind the hotel. They are not in the hotel. The petite Cottage rooms have a queen size bed perfect for two people. A flat screen TV a small refrigerator and a small microwave. Guests in the petite Cottage rooms enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer, including a heated pool and hot tub, Complimentary beach cruiser bicycles, complimentary continental breakfast, massively discounted passes to Morey's piers and water parks, discounted passes to the starlux mini golf course and much more

Doo Wop District Hotel

The hotel is a restored mid-century modern hotel that is part of a larger restoration plan for Wildwood. We stayed in one of the hotel's 2 Air Stream campers and it was quite fun. The camper is very comfortable, compact and nicely renovated. The price (this time of year) was $54. and also wonderful! There are bicycles to use and some coffee and tea in the morning. The staff made 2 good restaurant recommendations and there were very few local restaurants open this time of year.

Conveniently located.

Great hotel, very close to the beach!

We had the opportunity to book and stay in the Airstream trailer! It was fabulous! The atmosphere of the hotel, the staff, decor and music made everything extra special! The airstream was amazing! I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful escape! We hope to get back soon!

I had a very positive experience.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
The front desk agent we met on arrival was very polite and speedy. He gave us everything we needed to know and them some. The room was very clean and nothing was broken or chipped. The FREE breakfast w/coffee was a nice treat. The Starlux is very close to the beach and boardwalk. Places to go out for good food Is really hit or miss. Do your research B-4 u go!!!

Best kept secret

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, doo woop music, professional staff
Spacious and clean rooms. Maid service prompt. Front desk service accomadating,made dinner reservations for us.. Grounds kept clean, pool very clean. Even a nice touch of doo-woop music to relax to while swimming. Bikes for use, and even boggie boards. Game room for the kids. Free internet, Discounts to water park and rides. Continental breakfast, private parking..And 1 block from the beach.. Yes and in one package.. Love the place.

small room but it was nicely kept up.

Pros: close to boardwalk
Cons: Poor breakfast
The staff was nice and friendly. The room was small but it was clean. The continental breakfast was free but it consisted of frozen bagels or danish with juice, tea or coffee. It was a reasonable price and we were close to the boardwalk.
