Very professional and courteous front-desk staff who checked me in. She was so personable and genuine. The checkout process was also smooth, and the front-desk representative was informative and pleasant.

The room was great. Would have preferred buffet breakfast like other hotels, but they only have pickup cold at front desk. Only 2 phone charging spots and both were on clock radio on one side of bed.
