So loud
If you want a quiet peaceful vacation then please do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. The pool area is a constant party with a super loud dj. The room are extremely loud we ask to change rooms a few times and all of them were terrible. The hotel plays loud music everyday from 6 am to midnight and the hotel is located in a super busy area that’s also extremely loud. Barely got any sleep on this trip. The drinks are also terrible. Super cheap wine and alcohol which makes the all inclusive not worth it.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Nous sommes à 4 minutes de marche de la plage. Nous sommes à 1 minute de la 5e avenue. Il y a plusieurs restaurants et énormément d’animation. Le personnel de l’hôtel est professionnel et souriant, pour la plupart. L’hôtel est propre. Cependant, c’est très dispendieux pour des Canadiens. Nous avions une suite et c’était très humide. Les draps étaient même pratiquement mouillés. Les équipements ne sont pas récents. Pour le prix nous pensions être plus confortables. *** The hotel is very well located. We are a 4-minute walk from the beach. We're 1 minute from 5th Avenue. There are several restaurants and lots of entertainment. The hotel staff is professional and smiling, for the most part. The hotel is clean. However, it's very expensive for Canadians. We had a suite and it was very damp. The sheets were practically wet. The equipment is not up to date. For the price we thought we'd be more comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay! I would like to highlight all the following collaborators for the outstanding service: Ernesto, Jorge and the bartenders of the Roof Bar. Uriel at the reception. And Jeronimo @ Italian restaurant for all his knowledge for Gluten free diet and friendly service. And at the Coco Beach Reef location we met Francisco an outstanding collaborator( hopefully a future manager :) ) And because of those people our family will be back again for sure. Overall Excelent!
