What airline is AC?

AC is the IATA code for Air Canada. This two-character code, sometimes also called the airline identification code, is assigned by the International Air Transport Association. It helps simplify and standardize tickets, telecommunications, tariffs and more.

How do I find my flight number?
  • When you've completed your booking, have a look in your inbox for your itinerary. Your flight number is in this document. You shouldn't have too many difficulties identifying it — just keep your eyes peeled for a code made up of numbers and letters. The first couple of letters and single digit are called an IATA airline code and represent the airline you're traveling with. Following this are one, two, three or four digits which make up your flight number.
How early can you check bags for a flight?
  • To have plenty of time to drop your baggage, clear customs and turn up at the correct boarding gate, head to the airport approximately three hours before an international flight. If you're traveling domestically, it's two hours. Even if you've already selected your seat and downloaded your boarding pass at home, it's worth noting that there are closing times for luggage drop. It's an hour before departure for international flights, and 45 minutes if you're traveling domestically. Of course, times can vary between airlines, so it's a good idea to check these details when you book.
If I am not able to travel due to COVID-19, can I change my flight to a later date?

no free snacks

Being in the middle seat of the center row, it seems as the staff ignored me. Also, that seat was the most uncomfortable I've ever been in any flight I've taken mainly because of the tight space between seats.

When changing thousands of people’s flights maybe have more than two ticket agents working.

Easy, low-key, short flight.

They lost our luggage!

Was great due to the corona virus. No one was at the airport.

Every single staff member I encountered, through three flights, was professional, helpful, and accommodating. Rather disgusted with Travelocity, though. At 10pm, I learned that I needed to change my flight from one booked a week later, to 12 hours (10am next morning). I spent six whole hours trying to change my ticket, via the website and the phone lines. Nothing worked. Finally, now 6 hours prior to take off, I outright purchased a new one way ticket, which I could not easily afford. But, ultimately, got the ticket, got the plane, and got to my destination, so I cannot complain too much!

Flight was delayed twice and finally canceled. No reason was ever given.

We appreciate the effort to provide gluten free food. The hot meals were acceptable, but the wrap for mid-flight snack tasted like cardboard.
