Overall great place to stay, right on the lake, checkin was slow but she was short handed, really nice Lady, awesome place, Highly recommend

Very nice hotel ,staff was friendly and helpful, the only disappointing thing was the hot tub was broken during our stay.

Great view, and that's about it. Staff was friendly but seemed new/inexperienced and not overly helpful. I was very annoyed having to wait for 15+ minutes on three different occasions at the front desk (not enough staff?) After extending our stay at the front desk, we were locked out of our room and then another guest was assigned to our room. Very disappointing!

Very nice hotel for the price. Was right on the shore of Lake Superior. There were plenty of places outside the hotel to go relax and enjoy the view. You could see the fireworks from other towns on the lake from our hotel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The fitness room was very nicely equipped for the size of the hotel. The rooms were clean, well maintained.
