Brand new washer and dryer for guests' use. Wifi and TV in both bedrooms and the main floor. Two private parking spaces and porch for your morning coffee.

Very clean and comfortable place
The condo was clean and well appointed. Check in and instructions were simple. Reminder, this is a downtown environment. While this condo is nice, surround condos and buildings are not all renovated and kept up.

Updated decor inside, walking distance to downtown. Our pup enjoyed it. Easy check-in and communication with owner. Don’t know why anyone would pick a hotel over this!

The property was very clean, updated, and well maintained. The outside was a little less appealing, there was lots of leaves covering the walkway but that was due to the large tree.

Lovely townhouse
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal as it was close to downtown and all our graduation events. Cyndi was a great host and was good at communicating all the check in an check out procedures to make everything very stress free. The townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated and very up to date. We would definitely recommend !

Perfect spot for Athens visit!
Nice, bright clean townhouse. Short walk to downtown Athens. Great communication ! Fully functional home, appointed well, comfortable and plenty of room for two couples and an extra guest to couch surf :-) Eat-in kitchen with ability to cook any meal. Really enjoyed this stay !!!

Great place
The townhouse complex looks kind of worn, and I was worried when I first pulled up, but as soon as I crossed the threshold, I was more than happy to be staying there. Everything was pristine on the inside, recently remodeled with beautiful furniture and appliances. Good location with a great area right behind to walk dogs. Easy parking.
