did not like the parking area, did not feel safe at night, price for that type of parking to high, feel hotel should have cover the cost.dirty carpets , broken closet door that came open after any other hotel guess shut there doors. shower head to wide for tub , made floor flood with water while taking a shower. just getting ice was an inconvenience .

This hotel can use a major upgrade in the and hallways where you get off the elevators. The lobby area is perfect but the rooms are outdated and have old stains like in the showers and the windows were filthy. You cant access the balconys so there is no point for them to be there. Overall everything was just OK

Horrible!! I felt like I was in the middle of a gang party! We felt unsafe, it stank of marijuana and there were police sirens going off all night. Got approached by sketchy people outside the front door waiting for ubers. The room was dirty - mold on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom sink leaked, no door latch on the bathroom door. No microwave or fridge. We asked for toilet paper at 8pm and were told we’d have to go pick it up ourselves. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

Charge 40 for valet yet my car was parked in front of hotel where it said will be towed. Room was not clean thoroughly.i got electrocuted from outlet. Had to request a fridge and microwave because ihave a 2 yr old and 1yr old need bottles for. So i unplugged it and it zapped me. My husband is an electrician snd told the front desk. They did nothing so we had to keep kids away from it. The fridge was so tiny i couldn't fit the. Bottles and baby food in it.place was not cleaned thoroughly. Had only two towels in bathrrom upon checkin. So the 184 plus charge me 40 for valet and yet parked my car in street where ot could be towed. Im not happy.

They over charge me and no one never answered my question they alway hung up the phone on me The room old and dirty I was change two time till the give me a clean room The staff was very attended I put my credit card in charge to have my money back Horrible situation

Hello, I checked in a king room and I had a wet floor. And I reached out to the Lady name Shelia. Who had already greeted us with great customer service and respect. She took good care of us! Last but not least Darnell’ was very helpful also when I needed help also. Would highly recommend 👍

The did have a nice view of the city. The staff were nice. To my suprise I had to ask for a frige & microwave. The room was a new convertion. It take about 5 mins for the water to get heated enough to luke warm, the second shower or bath will be great!!!! Oh one more thing the sink & tub drain slow😕!

I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Midtown. The hotel is extremely convenient to public transportation, midtown and downtown. The room was super clean and the staff Uber friendly.
