Hotlanta even in the freezing cold.
My room had fairly recently been renovated. Unfortunately the air conditioning was as old as the building and barely worked. My room never got below 75 degrees even though it was well below 30 outside. I complained 5 times before I was finally moved on the 5th night. My new room was much better but the toilet was leaking.

My initial impression was very positive. Nathan welcomed me and was very professional and accommodating. He helped me with a request that enhanced my entire stay! The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We stayed on the 18th floor, which had an amazing view of the skyline! My only complaint is with the parking. I wish it was more cost-effective or included in the stay. Valet costs $50 per day and includes unlimited passes in and out, while the adjacent parking garage costs $36 per day and does not allow re-entry unless you pay again. Lastly, if you enjoy breakfast, be sure to eat somewhere else. The breakfast was neither the best nor the worst. I suggest Crowne Plaza invest in a waffle maker. Overall, I would stay here again because it was centrally located to places that I visited, and the staff was very nice.
