We loved the hotel room and all of the employees were fantastic. Our only complaints would have to be that we did not know there was only valet parking before checking into the hotel, our pillows were also not very comfortable. Pillows felt like you were sleeping on a board

Poor customer service as soon as I walked in. I wasn’t greeted when walking in and both employees didn’t try and take care of us until we walked up. We got an immediate attitude from the man and saying we didn’t pay him that we paid another party to book. Aron wasn’t bad it did have some downs. Bathroom plug wasn’t even on and the drain was clogged and had my feet wet the whole shower. Room is very dark and hallways smell like weed. The best part was the valet holding our car for free so we could put ours bags down. Parking is too expensive and a long walk
