Pre Birthday Trip for Candace
Hotel is beautiful on the inside very clean and the rooms are spacious like suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left a personal item and they were all so eager to help me locate it and it was located I am now awaiting for it to.be shipped to me,enjoyed my stay would recommend this hotel 10 times over. The Air conditioner in room 911 was not working, we tried to wait almost an hour and a half to see if it will work but nothing, we asked front desk for help and they gave us 2 portable fans to put in the room but also outlets were not working. They did end up giving us another room which I appreciate very much. We stay in Fairfield almost 2-3 times a month so we’ll still be coming with you guys!

I just want to give my congratulations to the photographer. Photos are one thing and reality is sadly very different. it's ugly. The surroundings are horrible, ahh and as if that were not enough it says it has parking available, but it NEVER SAYS YOU HAVE TO PAY $50.00 per night. Now we just have to wait for breakfast tomorrow.

Pretty good, but some issues
Hotel was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff very friendly. I did have two issues. The water was barely warm and the body wash in the shower was empty.
