Being a downtown hotel, there is no hotel parking other than the expensive valet service. I paid $20 at a nearby parking garage, which was cheaper. The staff was pleasant at both check-in and check-out. The room itself was small but nice, fine for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable. No surprise that the pillows were too soft for me; most people who know me call my pillows 'bricks.' I was slightly disappointed that the TV wouldn't recognize the USB stick I bought with movies on it. The property is within walking distance of a few restaurants and bars, allowing guests to avoid having to drive in downtown Atlanta just for a meal or a drink. The hotel offers free breakfast, but I didn't have it myself.

The room was quiet and clean, the employees were lovely, and it was wonderful to wake up to a great breakfast! The hotel was close to the World Congress Center where I attended ATL Comic Convention. The only thing I was Not pleased with was paying $40. a night for valet parking. It was entirely too much; the cost of that put a wrench in my perfect stay.

The hotel room was actually bigger than I thought it would be the elevator and hallway was small and I thought oh know what did I get myself into but the rooms were great.

Front Desk was wonderful. Room booked was not available, overbooked. Room given was HORRIBLY small… just as wide as queen bed. Frosted glass windows. Felt like a closet. The room was clean, but horribly small.

The rooms are tiny, really tiny. Too small for a family for sure. Not even room for a chair. They refunded my valet parking after I waited 45 min for my truck to show up out front. Breakfast was excellent in the morn and other than the one little snot of a valet, the staff was really nice and didn’t hesitate to refund for it. Nice and close to Centennial Park, the aquarium, ferris wheel and food and bars.
