The stay at the Ramada was great!! The room was clean staff was super friendly!! The breakfast was good, especially the waffles!! The area around the hotel was well kept!! The housekeeping staff were on the top of their game!! Planning to go back in about a week, so quiet and peaceful just what my wife and I needed!! Overall the stay was a A

The room was clean but the bathroom sink was clogged even after housekeeping plunged it. Luckily housekeeping was in the hall because no one answered at the front desk. A bag was unfortunately left behind which when called no one at the front desk answered however if the reservation option was selected they did answer the phone. The first person said to call back in 30 minutes due to phone issues and the second person put us through to customer care to file a claim. It was apparent that someone at the front desk was keeping the contents of the bag. Customer care took the claim information and stated they would report to upper management but I will need to wait 7-10 days. Would not recommend staying here due to dishonest staff
