W when I checked in I had no television signal. I called the desk and spoke to Neil who just checked me in and he said it was due to the weather. He told me to give it some time and should come back. I left the room for an event at 6 p.m. after I checked in at 3 and still had no signal. I returned to the room at 11:15 p.m. and still had no signal on my TV. I spoke to another agent who said there were no notes about my calls to Neil and he would make a note now. I checked out of my room a little after 5 a.m. still with no television signal. The desk agent when I checked out said that there was still no notes about my complaint and I watched him write the note myself. I asked that the manager call me to discuss possible compensation. When I called them back the next day I was hung up on by the agent on the phone who I know to be a fact was Neil. I called back immediately and you'll pick up the phone again and lied to me and said that his co-worker hung up on me. He also claims that who checked out the television said that the cable wire was out from the back of the TV when in actuality that wire was connected all day from when I checked in until when I checked out I have never been so rudely treated by anyone at a hotel. I've worked in the hotel industry for years and that staff is a disgrace!!! I will never go back there again.

The property is falling apart and smells terrible. There were flies in my room and the blankets had holes. Never going back.

Pets welcomed, rooms with microwaves and fridges. Non-smoking rooms as described by Travelocity. Travelocity gave me a reservation for six nights at $415.66 total. We booked a non-smoking, pet friendly room with a microwave and fridge. At check in, the front desk quickly realized we were truckers. After tacking on a non-refundable pet deposit for a adult, declawed, neutured, proof of ALL vaccinations feline, plus $30 per night pet fee and parking for our semi-tractor (no trailer), were charged (credit card only) $617.74. We were put in a ashtray, I mean smoking room that reeked after booking a non-smoking room and BONUS no microwave. The area is quiet and easy access to Atlantic City/Pleasantville NJ. After working six weeks, seven days a week, 11-14 hours every day, we chose not to fight any longer, Freebzed the hell out of the room and died for 36 hours. Somehow the extra fees slipped from Travelocity or this motel just thought "Oh truckers=disposable income" ... Will not be back to this establishment. The service and property are NOT worth the price they demanded.
