I always stay at Hilton properties. This location does not measure up at all! The side entrance & landscaping is filthy, more like a landfill. Door key did not work for me or other occupants. Ice machine did not work. Had to go to front desk to get information on how to use wifi, because printed information was not correct/clear. Used all our towers to catch water on bathroom floor from shower, so I didn't fall. Never saw room service to get additional or new towels. Front desk was not helpful when contacted. I was told "I don't know" too many times. I hope this is not a sign of things to come from Hilton, if so Marriott here I come

Way too noisy, I was not able to sleep, my room was next to a glass door and that door was being banged all night long, plus people yelling around, my worse experience in a hotel. I will never go back there.

From start to finish the stay was horrible. At check in the front desk rep had an attitude the entire time. All of the hotel vending machines were sold out and the hotel didn't sell anything, I couldn't even find a bottle of water. On top of that the entire night all you heard was some kids running through the halls yelling amd laughing. The stay was horrible and will never stay here again.
