I was happily surprised by the cookies at the front desk. I was only there overnight, so I wasn't able to utilize everything there. From what I saw, it is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

When I make a reservation they never mention me parking charges they charged me for parking and no parking available Father's Day I have to park outside the hotel second day close by Hotel and third day I have a parking in the hotel they gave me eight floor I was staying smell was so bad is not just i notice some other people was complaining too

I always stay at Hilton properties. This location does not measure up at all! The side entrance & landscaping is filthy, more like a landfill. Door key did not work for me or other occupants. Ice machine did not work. Had to go to front desk to get information on how to use wifi, because printed information was not correct/clear. Used all our towers to catch water on bathroom floor from shower, so I didn't fall. Never saw room service to get additional or new towels. Front desk was not helpful when contacted. I was told "I don't know" too many times. I hope this is not a sign of things to come from Hilton, if so Marriott here I come
