Nice transfer personnel from airport. Nice hotel. Entry very impressive, but once you go up on elevators to room floors the hotel seemed slight dirty and not kept in the hallways. A lot of trash on floors like not vacuumed in quite a white.

It took a few calls before Front Desk answered. Check-in was easy and young lady was pleasant. Rooms overlooking interior lobby are noisy—bar is right outside room windows. Room was really pretty clean. Rug near bathroom door was damp. Faucet handles leaked when used, so this probably caused the wet carpet. Forgot to tell Front Desk, so my bad. Check-out was easy and young man working Front Desk was very friendly and pleasant.

Carpets throughout the hotel were shabby and dirty. Bathroom needed renovation. Cold water tap did not work and grout was filthy. Tiny tub/shower combo disappointing after a very long overseas flight. No hotel service guide in room. Room service button disconnected and when we called through the front desk, room service never answered. Restaurant food was fine but service was poor. I would NEVER stay here again. Goes for all Doubletree and Hiltons.

I was screwed. I booked my flight on Alaska Air and my hotel on Doubletree. Both thru Travelocity. Alaska Air cancelled my flight so I couldn't go. And Doubletree refused to refund my money.
