Front desk was understaffed and desk agent spent most of his time in office and not assisting guests. TV did not have signal. Front desk said they would call, no service, no follow up, no milk at breakfast despite a Wawa across the street. No linens for pull out couch, dented and abused appliances. Building was undergoing renovations…should not have been open or at least close by floors. Dusty, dirty. Housekeeping staff was very kind. Never again…I expect more from Marriott

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room we were in was run down and in need of an update. The room was clean but appeared that it wasn't used in a while as there was a layer of dust on lamps and other fixtures.

The rooms were very nice. Loved the herbal tea and honey in the hall. Breakfast was lacking. Pastries were dry and not good cantaloupe was bad but oatmeal was good.

Friendly and helpful staff- made me feel very welcome and important! Was right in the middle of a ice/snow storm - so they were very busy but still took the time to answer my questions and make some great resturant suggestions!

The hotel was fantastic!

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close to Cape May and the stores, close to the Ocean City boardwalk, close to Atlantic City and the outlet center there.
The hotel was convenient located to shore points and shopping centers. The hotel was immaculate and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, living room and full kitchen suite at an amazing rate. The rooms were nicely decorated, not over done. We were 3 adults and each had our own sleep space thanks to the sleeper sofa in the living room. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. There was a full breakfast every morning and it was different each morning.

Great Hotel!!!

Pros: Everything including the staff!!!!
Cons: Nothing
Location: A quick drive to Atlantic City. Not a problem whatsoever.
After reading not so sterling reviews of other hotels in the Atlantic City area, I found the reviews of this hotel to be the best….and it was! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and beautiful and my room was comfortable and amazing. The breakfast area and food was wonderful. I can't say anything more than I loved it there! Highly recommended.

Residence Inn, EHT

This is a very clean hotel with a convenient location right off the GSP. Responsive & accountable management team, friendly knowledgeable front desk along with the most pleasant kitchen staff. This is a terrific place to stay for business or pleasure. Best hotel hands down in EHT & surrounding area. TMB
