Great property. Clean, new, modern. The only sort of negatives that I experienced was the front desk staff. Upon check in, the front desk person seemed rushed and ingenuine and sort of 'fake'. He asked me two questions such as "What brings you to Austin?" but he asked the questions and spoke to me while walking away from me and not speaking directly face to face to me. It comes off as very ingenuine. Also the front desk at night. Seemed young and immature and too busy playing with their phones.

Sat at the bar for 10 min and nobody was available to take an order. The thermostat wasn’t user friendly and the room was freezing cold. Called for extra blankets and thankfully got one. It was a so-so experience. Tons if trash and debris from construction around the hotel.
